Cauliflower Crust Pizza
Recipe Slightly Adapted from: Eat. Drink. Smile.
Ingredients:
-1 cup cooked, riced cauliflower*
-1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
-1 egg
-1 tsp Italian seasoning
-1 tsp garlic powder
-olive oil (optional)
-pizza sauce, shredded cheese and your choice of toppings
*cook by placing riced cauliflower in microwave with a plate on top for 8 minutes.
Directions:
1. Mix together the cooked cauliflower, mozzarella cheese, egg, and seasonings.
2. Pat into an 8-9 inch level circle on a lined and greased pizza pan.
3. Bake at 450 for 15 minutes.
4. Add toppings and broil until cheese is melted (cook any vegetables before adding to pizza)
