- 5 Crowns Broccoli, chopped
- 2 1/2 c. Chicken Broth
- 1 c. Heavy Whipping Cream
- 2 c. Unsweetened Almond Milk
- 3 c. Shredded Cheddar
- 1/4 c. Butter
- Salt, Pepper, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder to taste
- Steam broccoli and puree with the chicken broth.
- In a soup pot, mix the broccoli with the heavy whipping cream, almond milk, cheddar and butter. Stir until melted and smooth.
- Add seasonings to taste.

Notes for next time:
Try mixing butter and 2 tbsp flour, adding the whipping cream, then the milk, and then the broccoli puree. (Net Carbs: 7). Maybe add Bacon? Top with cheddar and broil in oven until cheese is melted.
