Crepes
Recipe Source: Eating Well Living Thin
Ingredients:
- 1/2 c. Ricotta Cheese
- 4 Eggs
- 3 Tbps. Almond Milk
- 1/4. c. Soy Flour
- Pinch of Salt
- Blend all ingredients together until smooth.
- Pour about a tablespoon at a time onto a preheated (on medium) pan. Let cook until the edges are dry and curl slightly. Flip over and cook for a few seconds on the other side.
