Low Carb Crepes

Ingredients:
  • 1/2 c. Ricotta Cheese
  • 4 Eggs
  • 3 Tbps. Almond Milk
  • 1/4. c. Soy Flour
  • Pinch of Salt
Directions:
  1. Blend all ingredients together until smooth.
  2. Pour about a tablespoon at a time onto a preheated (on medium) pan. Let cook until the edges are dry and curl slightly. Flip over and cook for a few seconds on the other side.
